Embarking on my yoga journey, I found inspiration to transform my lifestyle and broaden my vision. In 2017, I earned my first yoga diploma from Anindya Yoga Society at Calcutta University, marking the beginning of my mindful living pursuit. To deepen my practice, I pursued a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Bodhi School of Yoga in 2021, fostering a commitment to continuous growth.Diversifying my expertise, I completed a specialized 100-hour YTT on Pregnancy and Therapeutics Yoga at Patanjali Yoga School in Rishikesh. Currently, I am immersed in a 300-hour YTT with Vyas Yoga School, Rishikesh, reflecting my belief in the profound journey within. I am convinced that the path of yoga unveils endless mysteries of life, and the more I delve into it, the more I discover the art of living.
